刘小龙，男，1985年7月生，太阳成集团tyc33455cc（太阳能中心）副教授，硕士生导师。北京邮电大学物理电子学专业博士，俄罗斯科学院大学（圣彼得堡纳米中心）博士生联合培养，南京大学电子科学与工程学院博士后出站。
研究方向：新型低维材料光电探测器、有机半导体光电材料
主持科研项目：国家自然科学基金青年基金项目、国家重点实验室开放课题基金、高校横向课题、中央高校基本业务费
